Banana & Pineapple Smoothie

I had this smoothie for my breakfast before my first Moon Walk training session.  It is filling, satisfying and full of the the essential ingredients to get you through a hard slog!

For time, convenience and cost i use frozen fruits where i can in my smoothies, they are available from most supermarkets and are much easier to keep plus quicker to prepare than fresh.  All the goodness is still within them so don’t panic!

1 Banana

50g Frozen Pineapple (about 6 chunks)

50g Alpro Coconut Soya Yogurt

50ml Semi Skimmed Milk

1 tbsp Omega Seeds (i get mine from Tesco)

3 tsp raisins

1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds

Put the ingredients excluding the Chia Seeds into the blender and blitz until smooth, the omega seeds will give the smoothie texture but i quite like this as it still feels like you are getting food and not just drinking!

After blitzing stir in the chia seeds.

Drink and Enjoy.
